My first YouTube posting! (a Sugar CRM review)

My friend Alan Ashton and I have decided to conduct some CRM software system reviews and post them to YouTube.  And I have to admit that it was quite exciting to record my first video today.  In this first video we did a quick review of SugarCRM.

We are definitely going to review and Microsoft Dynamics CRM next.  I’m hoping we also can get around to doing Pivotal, Siebel, Maximizer, Goldmine, and Act!  Heck, I’m so pumped right now I’d love to start recording reviews of almost any software package people would like to see a review on.
