Episode #3 of “The 20 Minute CRM Review Show” is now ready
So, my friend Alan Ashton and I have recorded our 3rd episode of our CRM review show. In this episode we are doing a 20 minute overview of the salesforce product. We’ve also up’d our video quality by using Microsoft Expression Encoder, added some intro and outro music, and switched to an MP4 encoding. Hopefully we will be able to provide you with an even higher quality video by the time we hit recording episode #4.

What’s next?
Well, the truth is we haven’t decided yet. A few of the ideas we are bantering about at the moment are:
- Doing data loads
- Looking at other CRM’s like Pivotal, Siebel, Goldmine, Act!, and Maximizer
- Customizing products to map to your sales methodology
- Using Scribe to keep data synchronized between two systems
